If you are still unable to locate your answer, you may contact support. We try to respond to all email within 48 business hours.

Order Confirmation Emails

If you are using a spam filter, please make sure that you are allowing email from normsoft.com and pocket-tunes.com or else you may not receive your order confirmation email.

You should receive all registration codes by email within a few minutes of placing your order. (Upgrade orders may take longer.) If you haven't received the code after 15 minutes, contact support to request your code. Include your full name and order ID, if available.
