Version 5.3 expands the catalog of radio stations to over 10,000 fully-searchable stations. Customers can use the new version to find stations near them by using the GPS technology in the iPhone, by browsing by country/state, by entering search terms, or by browsing the catalog. In addition, 5.3 allows many stations to be played "in the background" while using other applications on the iPhone or iPod Touch.
Finally, Pocket Tunes Radio 5.3 adds numerous smaller improvements, such as faster tuning into stations, automatic selection of the best station bandwidth, filtering based on keywords, and many others.
