Problem logging in or playing Sirius or XM? TRY THIS.

- This article Applies to the Apple iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch only -

If you are having trouble play stations in Sirius or XM, try clearing the cookies to force a re-login. This is particularly useful if you have recently updated the operating system or if you are having a problem with the login.

To delete the cookies:

  1) Before playing a station, go to the Search tab of Pocket Tunes Radio
  2) Enter "pt://delcookies" (without the quotes)
  3) Press "Search" in the lower right corner

Now exit Pocket Tunes and return and go back to the Sirius or XM Group, select a channel to play and it should ask you to log in again, then play the channel.

If the problem persists, try re-booting the device after you exit Pocket Tunes in the above steps. Turn it off by holding down the power button until you see the "Slide to power off" command. Slide it to power off, then turn it back on again.

Then go back to Pocket Tunes and select a channel form the Sirius or XM Group. You should then be able to login and play the channel.

If the issue persists, please contact support.
