I've been locked out of my Sirius account, what do I do?

- This article Applies to the Apple iPhone and/or iPod Touch only -

Sirius will lockout the account if you exceed a certain number of failed login attempts. They will not remove it if you call them. Beginning with version 5.2.1 and up, you can follow the steps below to unlock your account.

***Make sure you have Pocket Tunes Radio 5.2.1 or higher, installed before proceeding.

If you get locked out

  1. Exit Pocket Tunes
  2. Re-enter Pocket Tunes and GO DIRECTLY TO THE WEB TAB
  3. You should see the login after the page loads

If you do not see the login page, do the following:

  1. Go to the Search tab
  2. In the search window enter "pt://delcookies"
  3. Tap "Search" on the keyboard
  4. Exit Pocket Tunes
  5. Reopen Pocket Tunes and login as you normally would

Please contact Pocket Tunes Radio support if the issue persists.
