Please Note:
Live365.com has made a recent change that prevents Pocket Tunes Radio version 5.2.2 or earlier, from being able to play many Live365 channels. We have a fix coming that will allow you to play the stations once again, so please check back to this Knowledge Base article once the update has been approved by Apple.
You will need to set up Live365 in the following manner whether you are playing VIP or non-VIP stations.
We will be releasing an update of Pocket Tunes Radio very soon which will fix the issue with Live365. So keep checking iTunes for the update.
**Note: To play VIP stations you must have a Live365 paid membership
You will need to change your setting slightly to enable Pocket Tunes Radio to play the stations.
- Go to the Web tab in Pocket Tunes Radio
- Enter www.live365.com
- Once there, login to your account, the login is in the upper right corner, you may need to expand the page a bit. (You must have a free or paid account to proceed)

- Once logged in, tap "My Account" in the upper right corner
- Once the page loads for your account, you will see a tab called "Listen Settings", tap that.

- Now you should see the current listen settings for your account on this device using Pocket Tunes Radio.

- The first setting you can change is the speed but we recommend leaving it as is. If you get a lot of buffering, try lowering this setting.
- the main setting you want to change is the MP3 Player setting so scroll down to where the MP3 player is listed, there is a link called "Show", tap that

- When you tap that you should see more options appear for the MP3 Player

- Tap the circle beside "MP3 Desktop Player" - Now press "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.

You are now set to play VIP and/or standard Live365 stations with Pocket Tunes Radio
For instructions on how to do that, please see this Knowledge Base article.
Troubleshooting:
If you have a message pop up similar to the following, then you have not set and saved your Listen Settings correctly:

Review the steps above and make sure you have set the player to "MP3 Desktop Player". Also ensure that you are signed into your account and that you press "Save Settings" once you have adjusted your settings. Otherwise they will not be saved to your account.
