Currently, the iPhone and iPod touch do not support copy and paste. So we have integrated a web browser within Mecrets to allow you to easily enter information into any text field on a web page.
We'll run through an example using Gmail but you can insert fields from Mecrets into pretty much any text field on a web page.
Assume that you have a user name "GmailUser" and a password, "MyPassword"
You've entered the URL as http://wwww.gmail.com
So you tap on the URL and it opens a Gmail page like the one you see here:

Tap on the "Username" field. This pops up the insert screen as shown in the image:

Now tap the button labeled "Insert" in the upper right corner. That will bring down the cylinder that will have the fields you entered on it. If not already on the Login field, move it to "Login" using your finger. Then tap "Insert Item" that is above the cylinder.
This inserts the login "GmailUser" into the Username field.
Now press "Next" or tap on the Password field.
Press "Insert" and once again you will get the cylinder pop up, move it to Password and press "Insert Item". The password "MyPassword" is inserted in but masked so no one can view it.
If there are no more fields to enter, press "Done". This closes the insert screen and now you can press the login button on the site to log in. In the Gmail case you would be pressing "Sign In"
That is pretty much how it works with any field that you want to insert something fro Mecrets. It does not have to be strictly for logins, any field that requires something to be typed in can be inserted like this. It's not restricted to the login and password fields, even a custom field can be inserted.
