In order to be fully secure, there is no way to reset your master password, otherwise anyone could do that and get access to your data. You have to reset Mecrets in order to access it again. However this will erase all the data you've added to Mecrets.
To reset Mecrets so that you can enter a new Master Password:
Disconnect from the USB cable
Tap and hold on any icon in the iPhone/Touch launcher until the icons start to shake.
Any application that you can delete will have an 'x' in the upper left of the icon, tap the 'x' on the Mecrets icon
Tap "Delete" when asked to confirm the deletion
Connect to iTunes
Sync
As long as Mecrets is in iTunes it will be restored to your device, however the data will not be restored, you will have to re-enter that.
