I want to hotsync files to my Treo 600. They seem to transfer, but then I can't play them and sometimes can't even see them! What's wrong?
You may be having these problems because of a bug in the Treo hotsync software that came with the device. Go to http://www.palmone.com/us/support/downloads/treo600.html and install the USB Registry utility to correct the hotsync bug, then install the Treo 600 Updater 1.10 to correct bugs in the Operating System of your device. After that, you should reinstall Pocket Tunes and any other programs you suspect might be causing a problem. The hotsync bug causes random files or program to not install, or be corrupt upon installation.
