There is an issue that will sometimes happen with Pocket Tunes and the cache memory. Now this is not the RAM memory but it is another area of memory that is reserved for programs to run.

In the newer devices, there are times when some programs do not clear themselves out of cache and don't leave room for Pocket Tunes when you open it up. You will then get an error message saying there was not enough memory to load Pocket Tunes.
