Rhapsody reports 'Device Limit Reached' when I try to transfer a track, what's wrong?

This usually occurs when you are using the Trial version of Pocket Tunes. Due to licensing requirements, we are unable to offer a free trial of the WMA functionality in Pocket Tunes Deluxe. When you connect to Rhapsody and attempt to transfer a protected audio track, Rhapsody will give this error message.

For more information about WMA playback and the Pocket Tunes Money Back Guarantee, please see this Knowledge Base article.
