Make sure you have installed Pocket Tunes as per the instructions in our online User Guide here http://www.pocket-tunes.com/pockettunes/docs/readme.html . You need to run the English Windows Installer exe file on your desktop, get it here if you need it http://www.pocket-tunes.com/download.html . Also, we recommend that you use the Yahoo Music Engine rather than Windows Media Player 10. It is likely you have it if you have already downloaded songs from Yahoo.

Once you have it installed and the new version is definitely on your device, follow these steps to hook into Yahoo:

1. Connect your device to the USB
2. Open Pocket Tunes.
3. You should get a window popping up asking you to choose which media player you want to use. If the Yahoo Music Engine is an option select it otherwise choose 'Take no action' then open the Yahoo Music Engine
4. On the left side under 'Portable Device' you should see your device listed
5. Click on it and Yahoo will initialize the device, reading the contents of the SD card
7. You are now ready to transfer files, simply drag songs and/or playlists over to the device to transfer them to Pocket Tunes.
