Napster message says I have connected a device that does not support Napster To Go, what do I do?

Once you purchase the Registration Code and enter it into Pocket Tunes (see the user guide for how to enter your code), exit Pocket Tunes once and return to ensure it is in Deluxe mode. You will then be able to connect and transfer tracks from Napster.
