For Pocket Tunes Deluxe users:
Under Rip Settings you can set the format to any of the following.
- Windows Media Audio
- Windows Media Audio (variable bit rate)
- MP3
Next, if you want your files to be copy protected, check the box beside Copy protect music. If it does not matter, leave the box unchecked.
Finally, set the "Audio Quality" to what you would like. We recommend at least setting it to 56 MB per CD(128 Kbps). he higher you set this, the better the quality but the files will also take more space on your device/card. So you may want to experiment with this setting a bit.
For Pocket Tunes Basic or Bundled* users:
Under "Rip Settings", set the format to "MP3"
The "Copy protect music" option is greyed because it is not available for MP3 so unnecessary.
