I transferred some songs using a Media Player and I can see the titles but the files are not playing.

If you are getting a license error message, please see this Knowledge Base article .

If you are getting an error about plugins, see this Knowledge Base article on installing plugins.

If the files are listed but the size of the file is 0kb, it's possible that the song database was somehow corrupted and is causing a problem.

  1. Using FileZ (available for free from www.nosleep.net) go to Internal Memory and find the file, Pocket_Tunes_Song_Database.pdb.
  2. Delete the file.
  3. Then delete the tracks that are already there but not playing.
  4. Now, open Pocket Tunes and go to the Actions menu and select open.
  5. Make sure the drop down on the upper right is set to 'All'. This will have Pocket Tunes rebuild the database without it being corrupted.
  6. Then try another transfer

If you are still having a problem, please contact support.
