If you have restored Pocket Tunes from a backup, make sure you open it once before you try to stream so that Pocket Tunes can register itself as the program for streaming MP3, AAC and Ogg audio streams.
If you start Pocket Tunes and then try to stream from the browser and it still does not work, it could be the result of an issue that can happen when you restore Pocket Tunes from a backup. For example, an upgrade from a Treo 650 to the 700p or when you restore from a backup. Pocket Tunes does not get registered by the Palm OS as the program to stream Ogg, AAC and MP3 files. We will be fixing this in an upcoming release but there is a way you can fix this.
What you need to do is delete Pocket Tunes using the 'Delete' function found in the menu of the 'Applications' program of your device.
IMPORTANT: Before you do that, locate this file "Pocket_Tunes_ShoutCast_URLs.pdb". It will be in main memory and there will also be a backup on your desktop so you can search there as well if it is easier to use that one. The file is the list of stations you have streamed in the past. You want to save that file so you do not have to re-enter the stations again.
When you find that file, save it to a temporary location. On the handheld, you can use a program like FileZ (available for free from www.nosleep.net) to copy it to the SD card. On the desktop, you can put a copy in a temporary folder. I just want to make sure you have a copy after we delete Pocket Tunes. Once you have deleted it, reinstall Pocket Tunes and also install the "Pocket_Tunes_ShoutCast_URLs.pdb" (either hotsync it to the device or copy it from the SD card back to main memory).
Enter your Registration Code and you should now be able to stream your stations. (as long as they are MP3, AAC or Ogg formatted streams)
