If you were streaming Internet Audio and suddenly it stops working, there are a few things to check:

First, check to see if you can play a station from within Pocket Tunes.

Go to Pocket Tunes menu,
Select Actions
Then Open
Then put the right hand drop down to Internet Audio

If there are no stations listed, you can enter this URL to test the stream:

http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutcast-playlist.pls?rn=486932&file=filename.pls 

If it works then Pocket Tunes is streaming correctly. If you have recently upgraded to a new device or installed Pocket Tunes from a backup, see this Knowledge Base article. It also may be related to an issue with Dataviz's Documents To Go version 8.

Essentially when you install Documents To Go version 8, you can sometimes loose the ability to launch a stream from within the Web browser of your device. Instead of pTunes as an option, you will have 'Web'. To repair this, please see this article on the Dataviz site, http://support.dataviz.com/support.srch?docid=13719 . 

Another possible cause is interference from an IR (Infrared) keyboard driver. We have had reports from a couple of customers that some IR drivers for portable keyboards can interfere with streaming. We recommend disabling the driver or uninstalling it if you are having trouble streaming. Also, make sure the driver for the keyboard is the most up to date version.
