***NOTE: If you have yet to successfully play music from an online store with Pocket Tunes yet, please refer to this article first http://www.normsoft.com/kb/idx/0/119/article/
First is to make sure you have connected to your online store recently. It needs to update your licenses so if has been a few days since you connected, hook up Pocket Tunes o the online store and click on the device name in the online store's desktop so that it initializes the device.
Try deleting the song that has the error message an re-transferring it as per the instructions in our online User Guide here http://www.pocket-tunes.com/pockettunes/docs/readme.html
If you have a few files that are giving you that message, try selecting a new song from the online store and transferring it to your device. Sometimes that will refresh the licenses.
Make sure your battery is NOT low. In some cases a low battery will hinder Pocket Tunes ability to read the licenses.
If ALL else fails, try the following:
***NOTE: Though in most cases this will work fine, there can be instances where you will lose the license to download the song from the online store. In most instances the track can be re-licensed with no ill effect. In some cases you could permanently lose the ability to transfer that song to a portable device though this is very rare.
On your device, you need to delete any files you have transferred from online stores or libraries.
Open Pocket Tunes and go to the 'Tools' menu. Select 'Clear Licenses'. Confirm that you want to clear the licenses and once that is done, re-transfer your files, you should now be able to play them again.
