We are aware of this issue with the T2. Our competitors software has the same problem. This is caused by a bug on the OS on your device. We have contacted Palm for information to create a work-around to solve this issue, but have not received that information from them yet.
At least one person reported that after doing a hard reset and restoring his files one-by-one, this problem went away. That's not an ideal solution, but it may work for you. Make sure to make a backup of your Palm before doing a hard reset.
