Check to make sure your Mute switch is not on and that you do not have the ringer set to vibrate. Also make sure you do not have the balance slider all the way to the right, as the internal speaker on a Treo only supports left channel audio. If you are trying to use a headset, you need either the headset adapter made specifically for the Treo or a custom made headset.
