Most of the time, if Pocket Tunes reports that a crash occurred when it starts up, the crash is due to another program on your device that is not working properly. Unless you suspect that Pocket Tunes caused the crash, you should contact customer support for the other product you were using when the crash or reset occurred.
Update to the Latest Version
Before attempting to troubleshoot the problem, be sure that you are using the latest version of Pocket Tunes, which you can download from http://www.pocket-tunes.com/download.html

Other Applications
There are some programs that have proven to be incompatible with Pocket Tunes in the past. A newer version of the program may solve this issue. Here is a list of the programs of which we are aware can cause problems with Pocket Tunes. If any 'fix' is known it will also be listed.
