Pocket Tunes crashes when I try to play an audio file stored on my expansion card.

First, make sure you are running the latest Pocket Tunes version.  You can download the latest from our web site: http://www.pocket-tunes.com/download.html

This can happen if you expansion card has gone bad.  Sometimes a defective card can cause your device to reset when trying to play certain songs.  There are two things to try:

First, delete the MP3 file from your Palm and copy it over again.  It may not have transferred correctly the first time.

If that doesn't help, then you may want to try reformatting your card.  Make sure to make a backup of everything on your card first, since formatting it will erase everything on it.  To format the card, run the "Card Info" tool in the Palm and select "Format Card" from the menu.
