Why can't I use the volume buttons on my Treo to change the volume?
The volume buttons are not available when the screen is off. This is a limitation of the device that we can't work around, unfortunately.
When the screen is on and Pocket Tunes is playing music, you can use the volume buttons to control Pocket Tunes volume. Make sure that the "Enable Treo volume buttons" option is enabled in the Background Preferences.
