I have a Centro but I do not have the MTP option, only Legacy.

For Palm OS only:

If you are unable to put Pocket Tunes into MTP mode on your Centro, it is very likely you installed an older version of Pocket Tunes than the one that came with your Centro. this can happen if you restored from a previous device or you installed Pocket Tunes 4.0.3 or earlier.

Delete Pocket Tunes using the 'Delete' function found in the menu of the 'Applications' program of your device. This will restore it to the version that came with your Centro and you will then be able to put Pocket Tunes into MTP mode.
