Pocket Tunes was included with my device, I purchased an upgrade but it does not accept my code, what do I do?

For Palm OS Only:

If you bought an upgrade to Pocket Tunes, what you need to do is install our "trial" software to your PC or direct to your Palm:

To install it from your PC and hotsync to your device, download the installer from here
To install direct to your Palm or Treo, download from here. (Note you must have an internet connection to your device to download form the mobile site to your device directly). Once you download click on 'Install PT' to start the installation.

The built-in version is stripped down so it does not include the code for the added features of a registered version. Once you have the "trial" installed, simply enter your Registration Code to activate your registered version.

When you purchase, you will receive a registration code. (Pocket Tunes 4.0 registration codes are eleven characters long: five letters or numbers followed by a hyphen and five more letters or numbers.) Entering it is simple.

Start Pocket Tunes on your Palm.
If the registration reminder appears, do the following:
1. Tap the dotted line or area above the "OK" button.
2. Enter your 11-character Pocket Tunes registration code.
3. Tap "OK" to finish entering your registration code.
Otherwise, do the following:
1. Tap the "Menu" icon or press the "Menu" button on your device.
2. Tap the "Help" menu.
3. Tap the "Register" or "Upgrade" menu item.
4. Tap the dotted line or area above the "OK" button (if there is a registration code there already, highlight it).
5. Enter your 11-character Pocket Tunes registration code.
6. Tap "OK" to finish entering your registration code.

You should get a message thanking you for registering. If you do not, please review the steps to enter the code, the majority of problems occur there.
