How do I install WAV and/or Ogg plugins?

If you are using the built in version of Pocket Tunes, please note the following:

If you have a LifeDrive, TX, Treo 680, 700p, 755p or Centro (excluding Sprint, Verizon and AT&T versions):

The built-in version of Pocket Tunes that came with your Palm device does not support OGG or WAV playback. It is a custom version written exclusively for Palm that only plays MP3 files. To add OGG or WAV support in Pocket Tunes you need to purchase a copy of Pocket Tunes Basic or Deluxe. For more information on what features are included in each version of Pocket Tunes, please see this page of our web site.

If you have a Centro from Sprint, Verizon or AT&T: follow the directions below to install the Ogg and/or WAV Plugin

You can download the plugins from our mobile site, here.

Once you have downloaded them, double click on the Ogg and/or WAV plugins to add then to the hot sync queue. Then hot sync your device to transfer them to your device.

If you wish to install it directly to a device that has direct access to the Internet then you can access the plugins on the main page of our mobile site from your device.

NOTE: Plugins must always be installed in main memory, never on an external card.
