NOTE: The following is ONLY for customers using the Sandisk Gruvi SD card!
If you do not see the Pocket Tunes installation program run when you insert the SanDisk Gruvi card, you can manually install Pocket Tunes.
- Confirm the device being used is listed as a supported device
- Go to the ‘Applications’ program of your device
- Ensure the Gruvi card is inserted into your device
- In the drop down menu at the top of the screen, select the Gruvi card
- Click on the icon labeled ‘SanDiskInstaller’
- If you had an older version of Pocket Tunes, or no version of Pocket Tunes, installed. The installation will proceed as per the Gruvi User Guide
If you had a newer version of Pocket Tunes installed, you will not see anything occur and you will need to follow these steps here.
