HBlogger does support the new Blogger 2 (formerly Blogger Beta). You need to adjust a couple of settings but it works fine with the new release.
Here are the settings you need:
Account Name: whatever you want Type: Blogger URL:http://beta.blogger.com/api/RPC2 Login: Full Google ID INCLUDING '@gmail.com' (without the quotes) Password: whatever your password for Gmail is
