I transferred songs from my own collection but Pocket Tunes says it cannot find the license.

This should only occur if you are using version 3.1.4 or OLDER

Download the latest version of Pocket Tunes 4 from here.

Download the latest version of Pocket Tunes 3 here.

And install it to your desktop and Palm as per the instructions in the User Guide (Pocket Tunes 3 user guide is here)

IMPORTANT: Delete any of the tracks that had previously been transferred to your device.

Then re-transfer them again, making sure you follow the transfer instructions in this Knowledge Base article or the User Guide
