Pocket Tunes Money Back Guarantee
Due to licensing requirements, we are unable to offer a free trial of the WMA
functionality in Pocket Tunes Deluxe. The Pocket Tunes trial is
fully-functional with the Deluxe features with the exception that it will not
play WMA files (including purchased or subscription music from online music
stores).
Because of this, we offer our customers a 15-day money back guarantee.
When you purchase Pocket Tunes Basic or Deluxe, you may request a full refund of
the software, as long as NormSoft receives the request within 15 calendar days
of the purchase date. You can request a refund by
contacting customer
support. When you request a refund, we will first attempt to correct
any problems that you encountered that prevented you from using the software.
If you are still not satisfied, then we will issue you a refund.
Purchase Pocket Tunes

Once a refund has been issued, you must immediately uninstall the software
from all devices, and you must destroy and stop using the software and all
registration codes. NormSoft reserves the right to disable refunded
registration codes and take other steps to prevent unauthorized use of its
software.
Refund Policy for Other Products
At NormSoft, Inc. we believe in being fair to our customers.
To that end, we provide many of our products as fully-functional trials of 15
days or more. Because we offer you this trial, we are unable to approve refunds
for our software. (Pocket Tunes does not include a full-functional trial;
please see above for the Pocket Tunes money back guarantee.)
Refund Exceptions
All purchases are final. Refund exceptions may
be granted on a case-by-case basis, due to exceptional circumstances. When
exceptions are made, refunds will not include original shipping and handling
charges and are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the pre-tax total.
Refund exceptions will be granted in the case
where our software is determined to be defective and we cannot solve the problem
within 90 days. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to report
the problem, and you agree to work with us to resolve the problem before the
refund can be issued.
When refunds are authorized, you must destroy all
copies of the software and registration codes. It is illegal to continue using
software after it has been returned, and NormSoft, Inc. reserves the right to
enforce this in its software (by disabling registration codes, automatic
updates, etc.). Refunds on purchases will be posted to the original credit card
used at the time of sale.
CD Sales
CD media is guaranteed to be free of defect. If you receive a
non-working CD from us, we will send you a new CD at no charge, if you notify us
within 30 days.
